Lot selected for purchase by the Dutch libraries

Lot, the Dutch version of The Roots That Clutch has been selected for purchase by the Dutch library system. L. Torn, critic and purchaser for the Dutch libraries, called the novel "intriguing". Metro's Boekenstrooijer, a critic for Metro who leaves his favorite books at various locations in the Netherlands and informs readers via Instagram so that they can go and look for the book, said the book was "powerfully written".
